When should I choose TerraCalco® 55?

What is the dosage of TerraCalco® 55 per hectare?
The dosage depends on the soil analysis parameters. Usually, the dosage ranges from 500 kg to 3 000 kg per ha. Please contact our technical team in this context.
Why TerraCalco® 55 is better than other calcium carbonates products?
For calcium carbonate or dolostone reactivity, granulometry is most important. The finer the product is ground, the better the result. TerraCalco® 55 has a very small granulometry (from 0 to 200 microns) which allows perfect contact with the soil particles.
Do I have to apply TerraCalco® 55 every year or every 4 years?
This depends on soil analyses. Theoretically, the aim is to achieve a neutral pH and then support/maintain it with a small dose on an annual basis. In practice, this could certainly mean applying a larger dose first and then a small maintenance dose annually or, if time now allows, applying a large dose every 4 years. The results are positive in both cases, but the best ones are in the first case.
