Flowability can be greatly affected with very fine grains and hence it is necessary to find an optimum balance between efficiency and conveying ability. In order to obtain good flow characteristics while keeping high reactivity, fluid milled lime is obtained thanks to the use of special additives. The fluid milled lime is then not posing any problem with pneumatic transport during injection.
