The Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA) Spring Conference, a statewide conference dedicated to Virginia’s vibrant transportation program—one of the largest in the country—is being held, April 10– 12, at the Hilton Norfolk, Norfolk Virginia.
Attending will be transportation contractors, aggregate producers, consultant engineers, material suppliers, and government transportation officials all there to learn about solutions to the challenges they face in the design, construction and maintenance of the vast Virginia Commonwealth infrastructure.
