The Steel Refining

 

Ladle treatment consists of adjusting and homogenizing the chemical properties and temperature of the metal. The final steel refining adjusts it to the required characteristics.  Lime and burnt dolime alone or mixed with other products play an active part in the production of an optimum slag and  protect of the refractory lining of steel ladles.
